New York Gov Andrew Cuomo announced all visitors to New York must test negative for COVID-19 three days before travel. This replaces the state’s 14-day mandatory quarantine policy.
New York currently has the third-lowest positivity rate of COVID in the country with 1.49%. The new rules went into effect yesterday, November 4 and will not apply to travel between New York and Connecticut, New York and Pennsylvania, and New York and New Jersey.
