Open enrollment is for November 1st to January 31st. After Open Enrollment ends, you can still sign up for insurance if you experience a qualifying life event such as moving, getting married, having a baby, or leaving a job. You’ll have a 60-day Special Enrollment period to choose a new plan.
If you don’t have a qualifying life event, you’ll have to wait until next year’s Open Enrollment to sign up, and your health care won’t be covered during 2021.
