How HR Reps Can Help Their Employees During COVID-19

COVID-19 has completely changed the workplace dynamic, companies had to make adjustments in how they conducted business and managed their employees. Here are 3 ways HRs can help their employees navigate through these times.

  1. PROTECT THE WORKPLACE

Creating and implementing policies and protocols for sick employees is extremely important during outbreaks like COVID-19. Policies and procedures should be clearly stated and carefully monitored. Workplace policies could include:

They should be prepared to update employees on their use of personal and/or sick days through the pandemic and what personal time may remain.
