Today is National Senior Health & Fitness Day and The Gateway Family YMCA and Shaping Eastern Union County are joining together with local groups to celebrate the 27th Anniversary of National Senior Health & Fitness Day (NSHFD). · Open Forum – General Exercise Questions – 1:30pm

· Happy Hour Virtual Social Discussion – 5:15pm

· Street Smart Cycling Program – 6:30pm
