Early signs of a heat stroke include, heavy breathing, fatigue, thirst, and muscle cramping. If these signs occur, find a cool and shady place immediately and drink a lot of fluids like water and Gatorade.

Overdressing, particularly in clothes that don’t allow sweat to evaporate easily
Ways to prevent heat strokes include:

Drink plenty of fluids.
Take extra precautions with certain medications.
Never leave anyone in a parked car.
Take it easy during the hottest parts of the day.
