3. Take care of your physical health. Eat healthy, well-balanced meals. Also, get plenty of sleep. Go for a walk outside during nice weather, but remember to be safe and observe social distancing guidelines.

4. Talk with your child or teen. Kids are likely to react, in part, to what they see from the adults around them. Be sure to manage your own anxiety before speaking with your child and answer questions about COVID-19 in a way that your child or teen understands.
