All 2019 Individual Horizon applications that were applied On Exchange require an initial binder payment that must be paid by 1/31/19. If you applied for On Exchange plans and have not submitted this binder payment or do not make this initial binder payment by 1/31/19, your applications will be cancelled retroactively to 1/1/19 for non-payment.

If you fail to submit payment by 1/31/19, your plans will be terminated for non-payment. In order to be eligible for new coverage in 2019, you would need a qualifying Special Enrollment Period (SEP) to qualify for new enrollment.
