Affiliated Physicians & Employers Health Plan is now called Members Health Plan and announced that they have new business rates that are now available.
In order to make the transition as easy as possible, they will be deferring the July renewals to October 1, 2019.
Renewals
– Current rates will he held through 9/30/2019
– Members will continue to use their current ID card for all services
– QualCare/Cigna will continue to be the network/claims/ customer service provider through 9/30/19
– Clients will renew on the Aetna Platform effective 10/1/19
– Renewal packets will be sent to you within the first week of August 2019
– New effective date will be 10/1/2019 to 9/30/2020
– The renewal process will remain the same
