Menendez is seeking a third full term. Hugin is a retired pharmaceutical executive running in his first-ever race but hoping to become the first Republican to be elected to the Senate from New Jersey since 1972.
When do polls open?
Polls are open from 6am – 8pm
Where is your polling place?
Your polling place is assigned based on your address. CLICK HERE and type in your address to find where to vote.
Do you need to show I.D?
No, you don’t need to show your I.D but if you left out information on your voter registration form, you may be asked to show some form of identification at the polls. The following I.D’s are accepted New Jersey driver’s license, military or other government ID, student or employee ID, store membership card, U.S. passport, bank statement, car registration, government check or document, rent receipt, sample ballot, utility bill, or any other official document.
What if you have a problem at the polls?
New Jersey has assigned 200 deputy state attorney generals to help with any court applications related to voter eligibility challenges in the state’s 21 counties and provide legal advice to county election officials.
