EpiPens and EpiPen Jrs made by Mylan Specialty have been recalled due to possible failure.

EpiPens and EpiPen Jrs from 13 Lots have been identified as being possibly problematic, and those with affected EpiPens need to contact Mylan as soon as possible at 1-800-796-9526 or by email at customer.service@mylan.com. The EpiPens may contain a defective part that could cause them to fail. EpiPens are used to treat allergic reactions in adults and children and are considered an emergency life-saving device. They are being voluntarily recalled by Mylan, according to the FDA. For a list of recalled EpiPen products please go to the US FDA website.
