 With the buzz in the air regarding healthcare and it’s opinions pro and against the ACA repeal, some exciting news about the return of Oscar Health Insurance puts some hope into the hearts of New Jersey citizens.

Mark Herschlag, CEO of Cosmo Insurance says, “We are excited with the news about Oscar as an additional option for health insurance sets forth more competition in the industry which should in turn lower premiums for insurers.

If all goes as planned, Oscar should have their rates and summary of benefits by early October of 2017. The likelihood of out of state coverage is slim.

Individuals should always be careful to sign up with an accredited insurance carrier especially since by law once they choose a plan for the year they may not make any changes throughout the year.
