Alert! Alert! Calling all Qualcare patients- this blog may affect you! For Qualcare NJ patients, there is a new APEHP Underwriting Guideline update that goes into effect 10/1/2018. In addition to a group being eligible to participate in APEHP for coverage if they employ at least two eligible full time(F/T) employees now, if those groups have at least two eligible F/T employees- the employer must have a minimum of one eligible full time employee on a WR-30 (quarterly wage report). Thus, if the employer is subjected to this new update, they must submit a WR-30 by 10/31/2018. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us!
