Register now with your health carrier so it is ready whenever you need care. Simply follow these step-by-step instructions:
- Go to your Health Insurance Carrier Website
- Enter your name and email, and create a password. Then click Sign Up.
- Select your State, Date of Birth, Gender. Click or tap Enter.
- For Do you have health insurance?, enter Yes, then select your health plan.
- Enter the subscriber ID number from your member ID card.
- For Are you the primary subscriber?, select YES or NO.
