Effective January 1, 2019 Horizon is expanding its laboratory network to help increase members access to quality care. Below is an outline of the expansion by Plan Type.
Horizon PPO Network
Members who are enrolled in plans that use the Horizon PPO Network will have access to the following in-network national laboratories:
- BioReference Laboratories
- Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LabCorp)
- Quest Diagnostics
Horizon Managed Care Network
Members who are enrolled in plans that use the Horizon Managed Care Network will have access to the following in-network national laboratories:
- LabCorp
- Quest Diagnostics
