Fluffy Honey Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 heaping tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
2. Make a well in center. Add eggs, sugar, oil and honey; mix all together
3. Form into small balls (use a small cookie scooper or wet hands to form)
4. place on a baking sheet, allowing space between cookies.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until browned
