Each year employers\nare required to address Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage in two ways: \n\nBy completing an online filing with CMS within the first 60 days of each plan year\ncertifying whether the employer provides prescription drug creditable coverage.\nBy providing the employees with a notice before October 15th informing them of whether the\nprescription coverage is creditable.
