3.2 grams of sugar per a small apricot
2. Cranberries
4 grams of sugar per a cup
3. Plums
6 grams of sugar per one small plum
4. Cantaloupes
8 grams of sugar per large wedge
5. Watermelon
One cup of diced up watermelon is less than 10 grams of sugar
6. Lemons
One gram of sugar per a lemon
7. Kiwis
6 grams of sugar per one kiwi
8. Strawberries
8 ounces of strawberries contain just about 7 grams of sugar
9. Blackberries
Seven grams of sugar per a cup
10. Raspberries
Five grams of sugar per a cup
11. Avocado
An entire raw avocado has only one gram of sugar.
High blood sugar is a constant worry for some, so take advantage of this list to promote healthy eating in your daily life.
